“First time doing a 100% online process. I thought it was going to be chaotic but resulted in a smooth process. Once you have selected your property, there are human assistance very professionals and helpful with any doubt you might have along the process. The only thing I would improve is to have human contact since the beginning to avoid the feeling of being confused or alone during the first stage of the process.”
