While in person discussing rental terms she answered all of our questions with a friendly demeanor and made us feel like we were in good hands. Maintenance requests could be handled with better communication, ie it would be helpful to receive a notification when some action is taken on a maintenance request, but requests in general are handled in a timely manner. Overall my family is very satisfied with All County Marion and feel secure renting with them. I like knowing that the office is local and management knows the area well.”
