“This company has been so helpful. I was searching for a long time for a new home until I was connected with All county. Everyone is very nice and informative. They really understand the stress moving puts on someone. The application process was great and if you have questions they definitely are there for you. Requirements are fair. You dont feel like you are jumping through a bunch of hoops to get things done. I love having a local office as well. Online portal is great. I highly recommend this company and I already have and it was actually to someone who works for another rental management company, so that tells a lot! Thanks All County!”
“This company is textbook everything that we needed and we’re looking for. I appreciate their monthly owners statements because tracks money for repairs/expenses, rent, security deposit, reserves, & annual statements. We even visit annually to discuss real estate investment opportunities. The accountant is very helpful and she helped me present the information to my accountant so my taxes were clean and organized before the end of the year. I couldn’t ask for much more. “My wife and I have rented our home for 8 years through All County First Choice while my wife had been serving active duty in the Navy. We have moved from duty station to duty station. When I first moved to go to my wife, I had a lot of fear, I was a First time homeowner and knew nothing about renting a home while away from FL.
